Evolved Movement Arts
Evolved Movement Arts is a Calgary-based nonprofit arts and events venue supporting community gatherings, workshops, festivals, artist residencies, and music culture.
The Wish
Founders Kylee Dawn and Jay Michael approached Radiomud with a growing collection of interconnected brands, events, and initiatives that needed greater clarity, cohesion, and long-term sustainability.
The Challenge
In 2023, Evolved Movement Arts needed support across multiple projects:
A rebrand for Inshala Festival after 15 seasons of community gatherings
A new identity and website presence for Souluna Festival
A new website for Evolved Movement Arts
Promotional support for Ionic Sound System rentals
Future planning for Inner Journeys
With multiple brands, limited resources, and a nonprofit budget, the challenge was finding a solution that supported both immediate needs and long-term growth.
The Strategy
Rather than building multiple independent websites, Radiomud developed a centralized digital ecosystem designed to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
A robust website was built for Evolved Movement Arts, serving as the primary hub for venue rentals, community events, artist programs, and partner initiatives.
Dedicated pages were then created for Souluna Festival, Inner Journeys, and Ionic Sound System, allowing each project to maintain its own identity while benefiting from shared infrastructure and streamlined management.

2026 Rebrand + Website (In Progress)
A key project goal was creating systems that could be managed internally.
Custom Canva workspaces and branded templates were developed for each initiative, allowing event promotions, social media graphics, and marketing materials to be created in-house when needed.
Training and mentorship sessions provided the team with practical tools and confidence to manage day-to-day communications independently, while maintaining the flexibility to bring in Radiomud for larger campaigns, festival launches, and strategic support.
The Results
One centralized website ecosystem
Three interconnected brands supported
Reduced website and maintenance costs
Streamlined event promotion workflows
Increased internal marketing capacity
Ongoing creative partnership

Ridgeview Resort + RV Vacation Club
RidgeView Resort is a family-owned RV resort and vacation club located in Radium Hot Springs, BC. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Columbia Valley, the resort offers a wide range of amenities and experiences designed to bring families together through recreation, relaxation, and community.
The Opportunity
In 2020, the Holmgren family approached Radiomud looking to modernize RidgeView's digital presence and strengthen communications with both current members and prospective guests.
As the resort continued to grow, marketing systems and website infrastructure needed to better support evolving business goals while remaining practical for day-to-day internal management.
The Strategy
Rather than creating a marketing system dependent on outside support, the focus was on building a strong digital foundation that could evolve alongside the business.
The project began with a complete website redevelopment and expanded into broader communications support, marketing systems, content strategy, and staff training. The goal was to create tools and workflows that could be confidently managed in-house while maintaining consistency across guest communications and promotional efforts.

Long-Term Systems Planning
What began as a website project has grown into a long-standing creative relationship built on trust, collaboration, and shared values.
Over the years, Radiomud has continued to support the RidgeView team as needed while empowering staff to independently manage many aspects of their communications and marketing systems.
The relationship has also evolved beyond communications work. Jenelle was later invited to participate in RidgeView's Artist-in-Residence program, with handmade Radiomud ceramics now featured in the resort's camp store.

Communications Management, Community Engagement & Partnership Development
Canada's Best Decks & Railings is a multi-regional outdoor living company specializing in custom decks, railings, and exterior spaces across Western Canada.
Radiomud joined the team to support communications, community engagement, partnership development, and marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships.
The Opportunity
With a strong existing brand and established digital presence already in place, the focus was not on rebranding, but on expanding community reach, strengthening communications, and building meaningful partnerships that aligned with company values.
The role required balancing customer communications, lead generation initiatives, event participation, and community engagement across multiple markets.
The Strategy
Rather than focusing solely on advertising, the approach centered on relationship-building.
By creating consistent communication systems, streamlining marketing workflows, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities, the goal was to increase visibility while strengthening the company's connection to the communities it served.
A customized Canva workspace was implemented to improve brand consistency, support internal collaboration, and streamline the creation of marketing assets across departments and regions.

Cannabis Industry Communications & Community Engagement
Communications Leadership During Cannabis Legalization
I played an active role in the growth of Canada's legal cannabis industry, helping emerging retail brands navigate one of the country's most significant regulatory and cultural shifts.
Working with Ontario Cannabis Holdings on taking start-ups to the TSX such as TREES, and multiple other retail brands—including Camp Cannabis, Metro Cannabis, and Neighbourhood Cannabis. The work focused on communications management, marketing strategies, community engagement, public education, retail launch support, and brand development during the early years of legalization.
As communities adapted to the arrival of legal cannabis retail, successful growth depended on more than marketing. It required building trust, fostering dialogue, reducing stigma, and creating meaningful relationships with customers, municipalities, neighbouring businesses, and local communities.

Community Impact
A significant focus of the work involved helping normalize and humanize a newly legal industry through education, community partnerships, and public-facing initiatives.
Projects included artist showcases, licensed producer activations, educational campaigns, community outreach, and local partnerships designed to create welcoming retail environments while encouraging open conversations around cannabis legalization.
